Smart Water Systems Ltd has designed a product line of ultrafiltration systems that effectively reduces/removes bacteria and viruses as well as turbidity, suspended matter and silt from feed water. Our Ultra filtration systems are constructed using pressure driven membrane separation filtrations. Hydrostatic pressure pushes solvents against a very fine membrane, which blocks suspended pathogens, particulates and solids whereas clarified water is allowed to flow through the membrane. Backwash pumps remove fouling layer at membranes and boost performance.
Our Ultra Filtration plants include: Stainless steel frame, UPVC membrane housings, automated backwash system, automated valve systems, PLC control board with user friendly interface HMI color screen, CEB (chemical enhanced backwash).
It is further possible to include: Flow meter read out, web-based internet monitoring and GSM modem for SMS alerts.
Our range of ultra filtration plant starts from 72,000L to 1,600,000L per day. Higher capacity is achieved by parallel plant installation.
